September 3, 2008: First Monthly Friends Book Sale, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

September 26, 2008: Gallery Reception: “Between Books,” Paintings & Sculpture by Colette B. Pitcher, 4 – 6 p.m. Gallery talk and book signing of Colette’s book Watercolor for Dummies at 5:00 p.m. Also, come check out the newly remodeled and redecorated Circulation Desk and Gallery Area. It’s fabulous!

September 27, 2008: High Plains Library District Foundation Fund Raising Gala – Dessert Buffet, Costume Contest, Distinguished Author Award to Connie Willis, Greeley Country Club, 7 – 10 p.m. Tickets $50. Call 970-590-9881 for information and tickets.
