The east campus, located west of 6th Avenue and north of 20th Street, was the home of the men’s dormitories, Troxel (1960), Hadden (1931), Cross (1947), and Hays (1931) Halls.  They are on the left (N) of the baseball field.  West of the field in the top portion of the picture are Quonset huts and other temporary buildings that were used as student housing after WWII.

Hays, Troxel, Hadden and Cross Halls were built in the Spanish style on the east campus between 1931 and 1960.  They are no longer University property.
