Student Employment

UNC Libraries Student Employee Application Form

Student employees are vital in meeting the Libraries' goals and objectives to provide a wide variety of services to the University Community and beyond. The University Libraries employs approximately 100 students throughout the fall, spring, and summer sessions. Work study students primarily make up the work force during the fall and spring semesters. Hourly and work study students are employed during summer sessions. Students are involved in every aspect of providing Library services in the James A. Michener Library and the Skinner Music Library. Duties vary from public services assistance to technical processing.
